There is no single figure for everyone: every home is different, in where it is, what it is like and what it needs in order to earn. One thing we can say straight away, though: we work for a percentage of the income, with no fixed fee. The percentage depends on the home and on the services it needs. Do you also manage homes already on Airbnb and Booking?
Yes. If the home is already a short-term rental, we start by analysing how it has performed: prices, calendar, listing, photos, reviews. Then we take over the existing listings, on Airbnb, Booking and the other platforms, and bring them onto our own site.
Do you work all over Italy?
Yes. We look for homes in every region of Italy, and abroad too: wherever yours is, write to us. We look after it with our own staff and with collaborators on the spot.
What is revenue management?
It is the work on prices: changing them every day according to demand, season, events and the competition, so as not to sell the best dates too early and not to leave the weak ones empty. In short-term rental management it is what makes the difference to the result at the end of the year.
Does the home need work before starting?
Not always. Home staging enhances the spaces with targeted touches, often without any building work: we only suggest it when it really changes the result.
Do I have to deal with the guests myself?
No. Messages, arrivals, assistance during the stay, cleaning, linen and maintenance are handled by us, with our own staff and with collaborators on the spot.
