Who handles your data
The data controller is Alessio Miat, VAT no. 18272931009, based in Zagarolo (RM), Italy. Luxor Group is the brand under which we present homes, experiences and services on this site.

What data we collect
When you write to us from a form
- Let us manage your property: name, phone, region, type of property, the service you are interested in and the information you choose to give us about the home.
- Work with us: first name, surname, email, phone (optional), profession or business, the area where you work and what you tell us about yourself.
- Free guides: name, email, phone, the city you are interested in and, if you wish, your travel dates and your consent to receive tips and events.
When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email
From the home pages you can ask us about availability and price on WhatsApp: the message is pre-written with your name, the home, the dates and the number of people, and you send it yourself. We receive those details and your phone number, or your email address if you write to us by email.
While you browse
The server that hosts the site automatically records some technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time) to make it work and to protect it. We do not use them to find out who you are. Cookies are explained in the cookie policy.

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not sell them to anyone.
Who we share them with
The data are seen only by the people at Luxor Group who handle your request, and by the providers we need in order to work, each only for their own part:
- Aruba S.p.A., which hosts the site and our mailbox, from which the form emails are sent and received;
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you write to us from there: for the data that pass through its app, WhatsApp is an independent controller, with its own privacy notice;
- the channel manager and the booking platforms, only if you book a stay.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union (for example in the United States): in that case the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to see your data, correct them, delete them, restrict their use, object to the processing or receive them in a readable format to take elsewhere (Articles 15-22 of the GDPR). If you have given us consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like, without affecting what was done before.
Just write to us at assistenza@luxorgroup.it: we will reply within one month. If you believe your data are not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Minors
The site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. You must be of legal age to book a stay.

Experiences and some content lead to our partners’ sites or to Google Maps: when you open them, those sites’ privacy notices apply.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and the date below.
