You will be in the heart of an authentic residential neighbourhood (Ostiense – Viale Marconi | San Paolo), ideally placed for exploring the city: Circo Massimo, Trastevere, the Colosseum, EUR, the Gazometro and many other sights are easy to reach thanks to the buses on the doorstep or Metro line B, just 10 minutes away. The building has video surveillance for your peace of mind. The whole apartment has ultra-fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

The living room has a comfortable small-double sofa bed, a dining table and a reading corner with an armchair, footstool and lamp, ideal for moments of relaxation.

The kitchenette, next to the access to the balcony, has every comfort: fridge, air fryer, toaster, pod coffee machine (with white sugar, raw sugar and sweetener), moka pot with ground coffee, kettle with a selection of teas, as well as plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, mugs and cups. You will find everything you need to feel truly at home.

In the corridor leading to the bedroom there is also a convenient area for remote working.

The bedroom, designed to create a relaxing and romantic atmosphere, features an in-room shower that adds a modern, striking touch, ideal for moments of pure relaxation as a couple. The double bed offers maximum comfort, and the Smart TV lets you enjoy a film on Netflix (free). A well-kept, welcoming space, perfect for a quiet moment after a day spent exploring Rome.

The bathroom has a toilet and bidet, a practical washbasin with a backlit LED mirror, hairdryer, eco-friendly toiletries and a full set of small, medium and large towels. Toilet paper and personal care products are chosen with sustainability in mind, for a more mindful stay.

Inside the apartment there is a handy multi-purpose corner, where you will find an ironing board and iron, cleaning tools and space to put personal items such as suitcases or other belongings. An area designed to make your stay more comfortable and organised, there for whatever you need.
